Every company I am involved in follows the same rule: before a process gets a new hire, we first check whether an AI agent can run it reliably. Reporting, research and routine work run on autopilot, so teams spend their time on strategy and client relationships. Decisions are still made by people.

As an advisor, co-founder and operating partner I focus on resilient business models and strong partnerships that grow and endure for years. And I apply new technology hands-on myself – so the experience I bring is practical, not theoretical.
My time at Rocket Internet shaped me early: heart and passion, first into the office and last to leave.
